Before you send in your mobile device, we recommend clearing your personal data from your device. Can’t clear your device? Don’t worry, we will make sure any personal data or information is deleted before refurbishing or recycling.

Turn Find My Device and Activation Lock off

If you’re sending your device in to AT&T, you must turn off Activation Lock and erase all content and settings from your device. Keep in mind, erasing this will completely erase your device, turn off Find My, and remove the device from your Apple ID account.
